Welcome to DEL MEAL PREP - DNK HEALTHY FOOD. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using our website or placing an order. By using our website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our site.

1. Who We Are: DEL MEAL PREP - DNK HEALTHY FOOD KORTRIJK - BELGIUM

2. Using Our Website: You may use our website for lawful purposes only. You must not:

- Use the site in any way that breaks any applicable laws or regulations
- Transmit any material that is harmful, offensive, fraudulent, or infringes another person's rights
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our website or its systems
- Use the site to send unsolicited communications or spam

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the site if these terms are breached.

3. Placing an Order: When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase goods. We will confirm receipt of your order by email, but this does not mean your order has been accepted. Your order is accepted when we dispatch your goods and send you a dispatch confirmation.

We may decline an order at any time before dispatch — for example, if a product is out of stock or if there is a pricing error. If we decline your order, we will contact you promptly and issue a full refund if payment has been taken.

4. Pricing and Payment: All prices shown on our website include VAT and any other applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We take reasonable care to ensure prices are accurate, but if we identify an error after you have placed an order, we will contact you before proceeding.

Payment must be made in full before your order is dispatched.

5. Delivery: We aim to dispatch orders within the timeframe shown on each product listing. Delivery times are estimates and may vary. We are not responsible for delays outside our control, but we will keep you informed where possible.

If your order has not arrived within a reasonable time, please contact us at [email protected].

6. Cancellations and Modifications:  Once an order is placed and paid for, it cannot be canceled.

However, changes can be made — for example, address, delivery place, or meal changes — but only if requested within 30 minutes after ordering online.

7. Returns: We do not accept returns as we are selling food.

8. Intellectual Property: All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design — belongs to DEL MEAL PREP - DNK HEALTHY FOOD or is used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content from this site without our prior written consent.

9. Our Liability: We are responsible to you for foreseeable losses that result directly from us breaking these terms or being negligent. We are not responsible for losses that are not foreseeable, or that arise from events outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected by these terms.

10. Privacy: Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms. Please read it carefully.

11. Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of BELGIUM. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of BELGIUM.

12. Changes to These Terms: We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be published on our website. Your continued use of the site after any changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
